"Much" vs "Many"? Differences?

What are the differences between "Much" and "Many" in English?

    The meaning and the translation of these words are the same. But there is a difference in their usages. They are named quantifiers, because they are put before a noun to define the amount of something. "Much" is used before uncountable nouns, like "much milk", we can not count milk, because it is a liquid (we can count glasses of milk, packages of milk, but not milk). "Many" is used with countable nouns, like "many apples", we can count apples.
